“STAGE III UPDATE FRI JUL 31
Although Toronto is entering Stage III of reopening, the Province has excluded saunas, bathhouses, etc. from this phase. As we await the official go-ahead to fully reopen, starting Friday, July 31st, the Spa Excess Bar & Lounge will be OPEN from 9 am – close. Although most of the club’s facilities remain closed, we will be offering drinks, snacks, the pool table and-for the first time-FREE ENTRY.
COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. Guests with underlying medical conditions, compromised immune systems, and senior citizens are especially vulnerable.
There is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people gather. By visiting Spa Excess, guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
The safety and well-being of our guests and staff remain Spa Excess’s top priority. Upon reopening, we will be subject to certain restrictions in the direction of health experts and government officials. Certain amenities and services may be modified, have limited availability, or may remain closed.
We ask that everyone be patient as we navigate these temporary rules and restrictions”.
We from Bears in Excess made a video explaining some of the measures that Spa Excess has taken to help stop the transmission of COVID-19 at the spa, including what will it be once the sauna is open again.
