I’ve been going to Spa Excess for a number of years and it’s showing its age. When are you going to get the shower room opened. It’s been closed for a long time now and since I always have a room on the thirdf floor I now have to go down two flights to shower. Common guys, there is no excuse. I’ve heard it all from your staff.
Richard, Thanks for your feedback. Since we don’t work at Spa Excess, it is only the venue where we host our event, I contacted the Spa and was told by the manager that the third floor showers will hopefully be finished in the next week (hopefully before our Chubs at the Tubs this coming Sunday). We hope it will be fixed by then.
