This past Sunday, April 1st, we celebrated Easter Sunday with a fun-filled Chubs at the Tubs. We would like to thank those of you who came down to Spa Excess for the event.We had a fun Easter egg hunt where eggs were hidden on the three floors. We had some great giveaways. We even had a special drink made for the event which we called The Easter Orgasm, made with vodka and either raspberry or orange zest. They were delicious!
Marcus (right) has won a personally autographed copy of Steven Elliot Jackson’s book of the play “The Seat Next to the King”. Steven was at our Chubs at the Tubs at Spa Excess to give his book in person.
The book is available at some amazing local bookstores in Toronto, Page and Panel at the Toronto Reference Library, Book City on the Danforth, and Glad Day Bookshop on Church Street. They will either have it or can order it in for you, as well as on Amazon.
Mark won a copy of Jason Whitesel’s book “Fat Gay Men: Girth, Mirth, and the Politics of Stigma” at #ChubsAtTheTubs. You can pick up the Fat Gay Men: Girth, Mirth, and the Politics of Stigma by ordering it from NYU Press or if you are in Toronto, you can go to Glad Day Bookstore and pick up a copy.
Matt found an Easter egg hidden at Spa Excess, in Toronto, and won a 1/2 price off a room. We won also since he’s hot!
