A great chub Sunday coming up

Fall is here and the temperatures are starting to drop, but there’s no reason we’ve got to keep our bellies buried under layers of clothes. Drop in to Spa Excess on Sunday, Oct. 9, 1 to 6pm, for our extremely popular Chubs at the Tubs event. Keep yourself warm as you cuddle up to some hot chubs, in or out of the tubs.  

We will once again giving away a gift certificate for a life coaching session with The Bear Coach, Robert Valin,which is valued at $150. So listen for your chance to win this helpful 45-minute session. And be sure show off your girth greatness by entering our Best Belly Contest that will be taking place around 3 p.m.

Don’t worry, fella, we won’t be neglecting those bellies because our host, Spa Excess, is donating complimentary sandwiches. So, prepare for hibernation by grabbing some grub while supplies last.

Speaking of … Anyone planning a trip to St. Louis for HiBearNation 22: Quest for a New Home, from Nov. 3-6? We’ll be there getting our Grrr on and checking out the great gear available there. It has one of the best vendors marts I have ever seen at a bear/chub event with lots of cool T-shirts for us bigger guys. Marking Chubs at the Tubs on your calendar? Just a quick reminder that it is a very popular event, so if you plan to get a room, make sure to get down there early (before noon) as rooms are at a premium and go quickly.
