CHUBS AT THE TUBS – EASTER EDITION – SUN, MAR 31 at Spa Excess

Thanks to everyone who attended our March 17th edition of Bears in Excess! It was a huge success!

Join us at Spa Excess for the Easter Day Edition of CHUBS AT THE TUBS. The place will be crawling with chubs and their admirers (and anyone else who would like to join this fun event) this Sunday, March 31st between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. We will also have our annual Easter Egg Hunt. So, look high and low for a hidden egg and bring it to us at the table and you will win something.

The official start time is 1 p.m., but if you plan to get a room, be there before 11:30 a.m. (YES THAT EARLY).

50% off locker coupons are valid any time after 11 a.m. Download it here: 50% Off Lockers Coupon

At 3:30 p.m., we will have complimentary sandwiches in the lounge, courtesy of Spa Excess. Don’t forget to pick up your Spunk Lube sample at the lounge table!

Coming from out of town and needing a nice place to stay?

Whether it is for Bears in Excess or Chubs at the Tubs or business/pleasure, just go to Hilton.com and search Downtown Toronto. Enter the date of your stay and under SPECIAL enter “0003398088” to receive your BEARS IN EXCESS discount.

We will also be having our regular 50/50 raffle, and some wonderful prizes to give away:

  • We also have an autographed copy of Jason Whitesel’s “Fat Gay Men: Girth, Mirth, and the Politics of Stigma,” which focuses on the Girth & Mirth gay men’s social movement. This movement addresses anti-fat bias as a significant social problem within the gay community. In response to fat stigma and ostracization, Girth & Mirth was established in the 1970s as an international social club for big gay men and their admirers. More info here: https://a.co/d/9GeGA4u

We hope to see you at our next events too. Besides the one on the 31st, the next Chubs of the Tubs will occur on Sunday, July 7th, and the following Bears in Excess will be on April 21st.
